Retreat Details:

The "Letting Go III Retreat" will be held September 23-30, 2011 at Chapin Mill, the magnificent retreat site of the Rochester Zen Center, located on 135 acres of beautiful land, just 35 minutes from the Rochester airport.  The Retreat will begin at 7:00 p.m. on September 23, 2011 and end at 1:00 p.m. on the 27th through the 30th, depending on the number of days one chooses to participate in.

The Retreat will be facilitated by Dale Goldstein, LCSW, Director of the Heartwork Institute in Rochester, NY, a licensed psychotherapist who has been actively exploring, since 1966, the uses of meditative, healing, and psychotherapeutic tools in the process of opening the heart/mind.


· Tuition: first 4 days/$890, $200/day for each
additional day if received by the early registration
date (July 23, 2011), and $990/ $250 if received
after that date.

· Meals & lodging: $100 per day.

· Couples (2 people in an ongoing committed
relationship) can receive 25% off the second
person’s tuition.

· Discounts for Referrals: 25% discount off of tuition
for each participant enrolled up to the full fee of the
